Hozzávalók:
Kb. 1 kg-nyi héjától megfosztott, kimagozott sütőtök
1 kis fej vöröshagyma
1 gerezd fokhagyma
1 húsleveskocka kb 6-8 dl vízzel vagy ugyanennyi zöldségalaplé/hús v. csontlé
1 kisebb sárgarépa
1 kisebb zeller fele
tej
só
bors
olaj
Az olajon az apróra vágott vöröshagymát, répát, zellert kevés olajon megdinsztelem, hozzáadom a kockára vágott sütőtököt. Kb 20 percig lassú tűzön párolom, hozzáadom a reszelt fokhagymát, felöntöm az alaplével. Összeforralom, majd botmixerrel turmixolom, sózom, borsozom, végül felöntöm annyi tejjel, hogy elérjük a krémes, ámde nem túl sűrű leves állagot. (Az alaplé-tej aránnyal lehet játszani, attól függően, ki mennyire szereti kiérezni a tejet az ételekből).
Én első próba lévén, egy kicsi, 2,5 literes fazékban főztem, legnagyobb meglepetésemre a család finnyásabb tagjainak is ízlett!
A tököt, bár nem mértem, súlyra kb 1 kg lehetett, az említett fazék háromnegyedik telt vele kb.
Ehhez az ízvilághoz feltétként apróra vágott pirított bacont tudok elképzelni, legközelebb biztos így fogom tálalni!
